Ginger, papaya, garlic, herbes de Provence, cumin, curry, sunflower oil... Even a little agricultural rum. And of course chilli pepper!. This sauce of a thousand flavours is worthy of the name.
Recommended use:
Excellent with grilled meats.
Recipe idea: Grilled pork ribs
Allow the pork to marinate for several hours in a mixture of the Toco thousand island sauce with honey and a little TOCO Diablesse mustard (for those who like their food spicy). Drain then grill he pork, basting it regularly with the marinade. Also great with lamb or chicken.
